30-Day Return Policy

At ONSONSPA, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Custom or made-to-order items are final sale
• Installation hardware and accessories must be unopened

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at our contact page with your order number
2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship the item back using the prepaid return label we provide
4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Exchanges

Need a different size, finish, or model? We're happy to exchange your item. Contact us to arrange an exchange and we'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process the return.
