Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with ONSONSPA. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and careful manner.
1. Order Processing
Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders require additional production time and will be communicated separately. Weekends and holidays are not counted in delivery time estimates.
2. Delivery Methods & Timelines

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated by product weight and delivery address. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Large items do not qualify for free shipping.
4. Freight Delivery (Large Items)
Freight items are delivered curbside only — the driver will unload the item to your curb, driveway, or sidewalk. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, unpacking, and installation are NOT included. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If you need white glove service, please contact us for a quote.
5. Delivery Area
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories. For delivery to these areas, please contact us for a quote.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
7. Custom Orders
Custom orders (custom sizes, special finishes, etc.) require an additional 4–8 weeks of production time before shipping.
