SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with ONSONSPA. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and careful manner.

1. PROCESSING TIME
Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders require additional production time and will be communicated separately. Weekends and holidays are not counted in delivery time estimates.

2. DELIVERY METHODS & TIMELINES
- Small items (showerheads, faucets, bathroom accessories, etc.): shipped via UPS/FedEx standard delivery, estimated 5-8 business days.
- Large items (bathtubs, shower enclosures, vanities, hot tubs, saunas, etc.): shipped via freight carrier, estimated 10-25 business days.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is calculated by product weight and delivery address, and the exact cost is shown at checkout.
- Small items: shipping from $99.
- Large items: freight shipping from $299 to $699, depending on weight and destination.
Large items do not qualify for free shipping.

4. FREIGHT DELIVERY (LARGE ITEMS)
Freight items are delivered curbside only - the driver will unload the item to your curb, driveway, or sidewalk. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, unpacking, and installation are NOT included. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If you need white glove service, please contact us for a quote.

5. DELIVERY AREA
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories. For delivery to these areas, please contact our customer service for a quote.

6. TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also contact us for order updates at info@onsonspa.com or (425) 574-0734.

7. DELAYS
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

8. CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders (custom sizes, special finishes, etc.) require an additional 4-8 weeks of production time before shipping.
