Every ONSONSPA product is backed by our comprehensive 5-year limited warranty. We stand behind the quality and durability of everything we make.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects — Flaws in materials or workmanship
- Finish defects — Peeling, flaking, discoloration, or corrosion under normal use
- Functional failures — Leaks, broken components, or mechanical failures under normal use
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., gradual finish wear from cleaning products)
- Damage from improper installation, modification, or misuse
- Damage from non-residential use or commercial applications
- Products installed in areas with aggressive water conditions without proper treatment
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue
- Provide photos or video of the defect if possible
- Our team will review your claim within 2 business days
- If approved, we will send a replacement part or product at no charge
Warranty Period
The warranty begins on the date of original purchase and lasts for 5 years. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
