Frequently Asked Questions
What material is this freestanding bathtub made of?
Freestanding bathtubs in this range use high-quality, durable surfaces that resist chipping and stains. Check the Materials tab or specification on this product page for the exact build of your chosen model.
Does it need to be installed against a wall or with a special faucet?
Freestanding models don't require wall support and work with floor-mounted or wall-mounted faucets; just confirm your chosen faucet is compatible and that the floor drainage point is in place.
How much water does this tub hold?
Capacity varies by size — the gallon capacity is listed in the specification table on this product page for the exact model you select.
Is the surface easy to clean?
Yes — the smooth, non-porous surface wipes clean easily with mild soap and water; avoid abrasive cleaners to keep the finish looking new.
How long does delivery take and what warranty do I get?
Ships from our U.S. warehouse and most orders arrive in 3-6 business days. Every ONSONSPA product is covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on items in new, undamaged condition. Oversized pieces are subject to return shipping; see our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
