Why ONSONSPA
Q&A
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does an infrared sauna cabin take to heat up?
Heat-up time varies by model and cabin size; infrared cabins typically warm up faster than traditional stove models. The specification sheet on this product page lists the expected time and target temperature.
What temperature can it reach?
Traditional saunas typically run hotter, while infrared models offer a lower, more comfortable radiant heat. Exact temperature ranges are listed per model in the specification.
Infrared vs traditional sauna — which should I choose?
Infrared heats your body directly, warms up faster and is generally more energy-efficient to run; traditional stoves deliver intense, classic sauna heat. Choose based on your preferred heat and installation setup.
Does it need special electrical work or plumbing?
Most cabins plug into a standard circuit, but higher-power models need a dedicated circuit. No plumbing is required — confirm your electrical setup before ordering.
Does it come ready to assemble and will it fit my room?
Cabinets arrive as flat-pack panels with clear assembly steps and all hardware included. Measure your clear floor space against the dimensions on the product page before delivery.
Delivery, warranty and returns?
U.S. fast delivery (3-6 business days), 24-month warranty on all ONSONSPA products, and 30-day returns on items in new condition.
